Two sixth form colleges, three academies, three secondary schools and a very large community college have all commissioned RM&C to assist their Executive Chefs and Catering Managers in taking their catering service In-House.

We provide an ongoing mentoring service during and after the mobilisation period, a complete set of compliance documentation and a bespoke financial package that links into the finance departments' systems. Working with their management teams we have helped formulate catering development strategies; improved food standards and delivered best value for money for our clients as both a support and a critical friend.
