Sue is a Director for RM&C Consultants and has over four decades of experience in the contract catering industry.

Fun fact: Sue has competed at a national level with her horse at showing events and is often found riding at sponsored rides in the countryside.
Sue's Story
Sue’s career within the food and cleaning industry began after leaving Oxford Polytechnic with a HND qualification in hotel catering & institutional management. She has worked her way up the ranks over a career spanning four decades, both in Operational and Sales roles.
Having been a highly successful Business Development Director for 19 years, Sue was thrilled to have the opportunity to join RM&C Consultants, bringing her wealth of experience and energy to the team and our clients.

Sue is a key part our our team and she enjoys supporting our clients through their bespoke tender - giving the best personal service possible.
​
In her spare time, you will normally find Sue riding in the countryside on her horse or enjoying some down time with David and the family dog, Finley.
