Tim Allen is a Director at RM&C Consultants and has had a successful career in sales and account management roles. Tim brings a new outlook and fresh ideas to help us grow RM&C Consultants.

Fun Fact: Tim is an avid runner and has completed several marathons and even a 100km Ultramarathon.
Tim's Story
Tim graduated from Oxford Brookes with a 1st class honours degree in Business and Marketing Management in 2019. After graduating, Tim worked in America 3 months before returning home in the midst of the pandemic.

Tim has a background in hospitality having worked in the kitchen at Raymond Blanc’s two Michelin star restaurant, Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saison, and several front of house roles in gastropubs and cafes around Oxfordshire.

Tim joined RM&C Consultants in 2024 after shadowing our team over the past twelve months. Before joining, he worked for nearly four years in a sales role for Audi, where he established himself as one of the top performers nationally. He brings a fresh perspective and modern approach to RM&C where he has established himself as a valuable member of the team.
